Nicole Duncan grew up in Dallas and attended Texas A&M University. In 2014, after working in the fashion industry, she decided to join her mom, Shelley Koeijmans in real estate at Briggs Freeman Sotheby's in Dallas. Together, they closed nearly $40 Million in sales until Nicole married in 2016 and moved to Midland with her husband, Tyler. Nicole then joined Legacy Real Estate Brokerage. In 2020, Nicole and Lauren teamed together to start the Duncan | Sykes Group at Fathom Realty.

Nicole and Tyler have two daughters -- Penelope and Emerson. Nicole loves to decorate and redecorate her house and is always on the hunt for her next great antique.
